Welcome to my Homepage. I am a graduate student in the Department of Economics at the University of Georgia. I will be on the Economics job market in the Fall of 2008.

My research interests include Applied Microeconomics with special emphasis on Development and Health related issues. In my dissertation, I primarily use empirical methods to analyze access to public goods in India. My current research focuses on the socio-religious factors of tap water access in rural India. I also evaluate the distributional impact of water and sanitation access on child nutrition in India using quantile regressions approach. My teaching interests include Microeconomics, Cross-Section and Time-Series Econometrics, Labor, International Economics, Macroeconomics.
